My Story.

My name is Hal Sands and I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and strength coach. I have a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and working with people of all ages and fitness levels. I believe in creating personalized workout and nutrition plans tailored to each client's needs and designed for long-term success.I got my start in physical fitness several years ago when I found myself borderline diabetic after years of drinking and eating whatever I wanted with minimal exercise. After being hit with this wake-up call, I embarked on a journey to regain my health and take back control of my life.Over the years, I've learned how to prepare delicious and nutrient-dense meals and train with the proper intensity to reach my desired goals. My approach to fitness focuses on both physical and mental health and I enjoy helping people transform their bodies, health, and lifestyle.I am available for both in-person and virtual sessions. Each person's body is unique and I strive to provide a motivating environment where my clients and I can work together to achieve their goals.
